Without a doubt, the worst hotel.
They do not put toilet paper, towels, soap, there are animals inside the rooms, to get there you must cross dirt, they do not give you TV or AC controls, they do not bill and it is also in an area that is perceived as very unsafe, the Beds are dirty, the fan makes a lot of noise, anyway.
Terrible place to stay and it smells bad.
The only details I could mention would be that the television was turning up the volume, and no toilet paper was provided.
