Branch without hygiene protocols, customer service NOT kind, unreliable in their charges, their system fails them a lot, they are rude and abuse their position to make people feel less.

Terrible customer service and attention from the front desk to the head of staff all despotic and rude. Pushy and unsympathetic, at least this branch is pitiful.

Do not attend this branch they are very rude and have no service attitude. The head of staff is badly faced, she should be the first to set an example for the staff on respectful customer care.
