Lousy (really lousy) service. The ATMs steal the money - they literally don't give it to you and they are in poor condition (when they serve). The waiting lines for the window are very long. But the worst is when you are a customer of the bank. Although it should be the other way around, if you are a customer you are about to experience a terrible wait of at least an hour.

The service is very slow and the ATMs always fail or remain empty, sometimes only one works and you have to wait more than 10 minutes in line in addition to causing distrust when being exposed in the line at the street for any situation that occurs. Present.

All right only the cashiers check them periodically so that they are always in optimal condition.

The attention is friendly, but the waiting time in customer service is excessive.

In general, I have always had good experiences with the bank, I would only give the following recommendations: 1- Check ATMs often, often fail and no one peels them 2- Open more windows, because then they have too many people and only 2 windows 3 - They need a security guard, the bank is very lonely and really scary until you leave when you did not withdraw money. 4- Improve your facade, net look like pirate bank.
