Very bad, poor coordination and logistics, they are not responsible for lost packages and do not provide solutions, I do not recommend it. In one situation: They only took a package to my home once, they did not find me, when I went to look for it at the branch they sent it to the sender and in the end it turned out that it was not and was lost.
