My mom just went to make a payment for a bus from Mexico and I called her. Very despot, she did not attend to her because she did not know how to make the payment since she did not know to what line if my mother took all the data, it is more or I did not check what she had as data, I am in Queretaro and I do not think that the staff is not Qualified and trained enough to attend as here, she was very rude and it is not the first time it happens, previously my mother was in the same situation and fortunately another person helped her and made the payment. I don't recommend that branch at all and what a shame that person gives
