The place was full and few people care about distancing themselves. If they ask for a mask and there is gel at the entrance. We went looking for a product and at that time they did not have it in stock, they agreed that it would arrive the following week and we left a phone number so they could notify us, it has been about four weeks and nothing.

The staff attends very well and gives a good service, at least the men because the only lady I have seen there makes you look like bad faces or attends without enthusiasm and if they can avoid buying a protector for their cell phone they are expensive but they sell you a "guarantee" paying 50% of the value when it is cracked but there are never answers for guarantees, and I tell them pk I spend with two different teams to the degree that I get angry to ask. Advice buy the protector for your screen but do not expect to apply the aforementioned guarantee. ✌🏻

Excellent service and customer service, almost like in the Apple Store in Tucson. I took my iPhone under warranty and their work was excellent, although the replacement of the equipment took 8 days (because of the packaging, not theirs) their service and attention in this iShop was excellent. The truth is highly recommended above the iShop Galleries.
