Roger is helpful and friendly

Very overpriced not very friendly

I had Roger as my realtor for buying my second home in the Rumford area. He was always available when I needed him. He was always extremely helpful, telling me stories about the area, and giving me the latest news about what is happening around town. Which is very helpful for out of Towner like myself. Typically when buying a home, it can very stressful, but I have to say, this was the easiest home buying process I have ever endured. Roger not only will be your realtor, but he will become your friend throughout the process. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of the purchase of my new home.
