Ala Burger

Excellent burgers as always. Hardcore safety protocols due to pandemia. I appreciate their great service, hard work, and overall quality. A+

The menu was quite wide! I've opted for a combo of 2 burgers 2 fries and two sodas. The quality was good.

Burger grilled over a flame, the condiment bar had all the important things like mayo, Heinz Ketchup dill pickle chips, etc. For Puerto Morelos we felt a good value. The staff was also fun, attentive and friendly. Keep up the good work!

Terrible experience, if i could give less than 1 star review i would! Firstly I made sure the waitress understood that the meat must be ONLY beef as i am jewish and cannot eat pork, and received a hamburger with bacon on top. I also asked for cheddar cheese and got gouda instead... For the second meal my boyfriend ordered a baked potato with beef and received a mix of beef and mushrooms. (Not specified on the menu). He is allergic to mushrooms and so we returned the dish, the waitress had the audacity to take the potatoe to the kitchen and pull out the bigger pieces of mushrooms and literally returned him the exact same potato with less (but still clearly present) mushrooms. After confronting the manger she decided they will not make him a new dish and therefore left the restaurant still hungry. We felt very disrespected and will never eat there again!!!! Side note: the burger had no taste, McDonalds burgers are of higher quality. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

Good burgers for a decent price. Due covid it was basically empty and the waiter apparently had nothing to do so every 3-5 minutes she was coming to clean the table - the water drops coming from the drinks glasses, a bit disturbing but generally I can recommend it.
