Pretty cool location, its inside a restaurant, but thats part of the charm..the rooftop has the most amazing view! Will definitely be back

typical Mexican design that missed many of the functional necessities, behind a little on maintenance but very good location & inexpensive. you must access the rooms through the restaurant named La Pepita which only operates 10am-8pm. you will need to open & close a chained gate with padlock after those hours. the small 4th floor rooftop patio is the redeeming quality, as the view and breeze up there are AMAZING!! Jorge is the name of the owner who is very responsive and Jorge is the name of a waiter in the restaurant who will gladly take care of ALL of your needs, including GREAT margaritas made with MEZCAL - tell him El Gringo sent you 😁🇲🇽

We booked 2 nights (for US $ 61) in Booking, as we arrived a day before and we had nowhere to go we went to see if there was room to stay one more night, they told us there was no place but they would see if they could help us, finally They resolved and got a "VIP" room in which they offered to cancel the standard room reservation we had and stay the 3 nights in it for 800 a night. Proposal to which we agreed, we canceled the reservation in booking and paid in cash without having a receipt. Question that we paid 2400MXN (US $ 115) for a room the same as all the others since when observing we realized that our room was not a VIP at all, by the way very small, and it smelled musty, both the room and the clothes of bed, in the bathroom we barely entered and there was a horrible stench, it does not have a bathtub as the description of the room says, and if you went to the bathroom you washed your hands in the "kitchen". Day 2, there is no water from 2:00 p.m. (which was the time we returned from the beach) until 4:30 p.m. We are very disappointed because they lied to us, we felt cheated, obviously we decided to stay the nights that we had already paid for because clearly they were not going to give us the money back and we could not afford to lose that money. I give them a star for the location,

Nice place located by the sea. Entrance was hard to find, because you have to go through a restaurant and you don't see a sign with Villas Valentina on the outside. Very friendly owner who helped us on our way with our further journey!
