Nice little place to visit if you are in the Tequisqiapan , nice little tour showing you the whole process of cheese making, from milk extraction, to cheese packaging, we like the goats bleating and looking at the cows... the cheese sampling was great, with a good variety to sample, we couldn't visit the restaurant but it seemed nice... Had a good time in this place.... we learned a lot about how to pick cheese at stores just by reading the labels..

The experience in VAI CHEESES is interesting since the tour includes the explanation of the process of elaboration of the different types of cheese from when the milk is obtained until the steps to follow in the elaboration of the same ending thus with a sample of 4 types of cheese and explaining their accompaniments.
