The New Smile

I am a demanding person and I am satisfied with the care of all the New Smile doctors, mainly Dr. Luis Villavicencio and the administrative staff. Of all its branches. They rebuilt all my teeth, they put me, implants, bridges, veneers, they did root canals etc. During the months of my rehabilitation, they always took great care of me. The facilities in all its branches are nice and clean. They attended me in all 😂 It was so good that I took my husband to have all his teeth rehabilitated as well. My son received root canals AND a friend who came from the USA also took good care of them I 100% recommend all branches of The New Smile.

They treated me very well, they explained my treatment to me and I was very happy with the results and I also liked their very nice facilities, 100% recommended.

Good treatment of the Doctor, explains the treatment and the duration of it. But beware of misleading advertising, on their page they say that the first assessment appointment is free but it is not so, in the end they charged me 600 (which is a lot for a consultation) because I did not accept to start the treatment immediately. The facilities were a bit dirty, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT

Very good treatment and tolerance by the Dentist Luis Villavicencio. But nevertheless; My experience with the Dentist Luis Salvador Martínez was unfortunate, with an intolerant and unprofessional attitude on his part, during my session, he was reluctant to the service I requested and he was not careful during the procedure that he performed, which generated mistrust and then to review in detail and calmly the work on my teeth, I noticed that practically nothing changed. As a result, I am very convinced not to return.

Good clinic, they give you your first free assessment and from there they estimate the time of your treatment and according to the time it requires is what you pay if you spend this time and you no longer pay the monthly fee. This in orthodontic treatment.
