Good furniture, good design, good service, good quality / price ratio

I bought in the online store, after they charged me they sent me an email that my order was successful within days I saw that my order did not advance in status on the page, call and they did not answer me despite being within business hours To customers, I call again another day and they tell me that my order was canceled and I will be reimbursed for never confirming my order, nowhere on the page and in my email was I given the indication that I should make a confirmation , besides that the collection was made to me. They handled the process as if it had been a client error when clearly it was their or systems error. I am still waiting for my refund. I hope it arrives in time and form of what was promised.

Excellent atention. Although the furniture is not the highest in quality cost, it does have innovative designs.
