My rating is low, today for the second time I get to load gasoline and they ask me to wait, and I only see the operators from one place to another without any rush and with a very vulgar attitude, I say this because of the language they use among themselves, but as a client, I see it very badly, it is as if it was worth it for me to be there, and it is the image that I receive, this time I believe, they were in the delivery and I receive on duty, the outgoing operator asks me for 5 minutes and I see them without haste, and as I tell them without failing that I am present, they finish, I ask for the service again and the incoming operator tells me to wait 10 more minutes, in total I was at the pump 25 minutes without service, because obviously I left And I think I will not return, I make this comment because I hope that someone from there, if they are interested in the business, their image and believe in the service of excellence to the client and that we are their main objective, and realize that something is wrong, I hope it is my criticism is useful. I put a star because there is no zero, this attitude, as I mentioned was for the second time, I was very disappointed. Please do not reply to me asking me for the date, time and number of the pump, better see it as something general and apply effective corrective action, remember if the operators do it is because their boss allows them, and the boss's boss and so on.

Due to a worker error, I could not request my ticket and invoice (which in part I see was better, since the BPM571 station does not appear to invoice). The invoice was made there, but the files have not been sent to me. They do not answer me on any phone, the same with emails. Terrible service!!!
