Terrible emergency service, my mother arrived with a heart attack and they lost valuable time not doing adequate treatment, putting the patient's life at risk, we had to change hospitals and thanks to that they were able to save her. I do not recommend it at all

Good morning, the main reason for my email is so that no one ever goes through what I go through and above all so that you offer a quality service because you are dealing with the most valuable thing that one can have which is the health and life of his family. On Thursday at 5:30 AM we arrived at his "clinic" at the emergency service with my 70-year-old mother with clear symptoms of a heart attack, we were received and for 3 valuable hours only the signs and the nurse were controlled because they did not know You can call him the doctor who received it, he spoke on the phone to receive instructions from a third person, my mother complained of severe chest pain, her pressure was through the roof and even when doing the electro, this was never interpreted as a heart attack, which It leaves much to be desired of the professionalism of its staff, it was until 9:30 AM that a very despotic internist arrived who told us, ahh by the way they already told you that your mother has a heart attack and you only have two hours to do something. If from the beginning they had told us that they were not trained to take care of my mother's problem, who only had a couple of studies done and administered aspirin, this was said by the despot and zero empathic internist, we would have made the decision to go to another hospital and not let so much time go by. Seeing such unprofessionalism on the part of its staff, we decided to change hospitals and thanks and to the wonderful doctors who treated us, my mother was saved. They explained to us that we lost a lot of time and that she had clear symptoms of a heart attack that they did not understand how they did not act when they arrived at the first clinic. He is still in intensive care and we have great faith that everything will turn out very well, but it seems very unethical and a very serious negligence how we were treated in his clinic. The current economic situation of all Mexicans is not the best and it seems to us an abuse to have charged us $ 12,000 for such a terrible service. I beg you to take care of those who are in charge of the emergency room, look for qualified doctors and not kids who are just studying because that is the image they give, I remind you in case money makes you forget that you are working with the life of a person and with that is not played. Thank God my mother was saved and my claim is only an email, if I had become older I would have opted for other legal instances for medical negligence. I await your comments and I sincerely hope you take action on the matter and this unpleasant and dangerous situation will not be repeated.
