Terrible service !!! I asked for an RX budget by phone to compare with other hospitals and when I paid they charged me $ 500.- more ... That same day the person in charge of receiving the RX patients did NOT attend their work, which caused a delay in the attention .... As if that were not enough, the above was left to send me the interpretation to my email. I had to speak since after a week to remind them, but they still took time. I wanted to speak on the phone with the administrator but the receptionist cut me off .... Terrible service !!!!!!!

Good service, they treated me very well for COVID and I was going very badly, I almost walked out, the only one but is that they beat my arm a lot when they channeled a small clot and phlebitis in my arm the 2nd time

It is the worst of the Hospitals, there is no guarantee that what they charge you is what they really provide. My relative went into ventilation for less than 40 minutes and they charged 44 thousand pesos. The staff is despotic and treats you very, very badly. As soon as you enter, MONEY comes into play. and its protocols are very non-transparent. Forget channeling your relatives to this Hospital of murderers.

Bad emergency service, it was just me as a patient and 40 minutes have passed and they cannot attend to me. They use the technique that time heals everything apparently

Excellent attention, we have had experience in hospitalization, laboratories and in the Emergency area and the treatment is very good. Prepared and friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The rooms are comfortable.
