We stopped there for breakfast, eventhough the food was not very good, the service was; but you cannot beat the view, it's really nice and the hotel it's pretty and cozy
I attended to the hotel parador Vernal to celebrate Christmas eve with my wife. The place is nice, but the menu was terrific and awful. We payed 450 pesos for watery cream soup, cold rice, raw asparagus, three little pieces of turkey, which were testless by the way, and a "strudel" , which wasn't an strudel, it was a hard and solid piece of something with fruit inside. A terrific option that I regret.
