Very nice hotel! The staff was great. I highly recommend it. It reminds me of of nice European hotel. The rooms are small by US standards, but on par with offerings in the UK. Large TV; lots of USB charging points; very nice shower; and again, great staff. There is a large posh (upscale) mall with many very good restaurants just across the street. The only hotel in Queretaro that I have experienced is the Grand Fiesta Americano. If you are on foot, the AC gets the nod for great near by restaurants (although there are good ones near the Fiesta). Will definitely return!

Nice staff. My boy enjoyed the view from his room. I enjoyed the jog down the main road (periférico).

Got a bit of an issue with room cleaning but otherwise it's a nice place to stay and near of Antes Shopping Mall.

Very beautiful hotel; taking assure of it's customers against Convid-19 every step of the way with its prevention measures and highly hygiene accommodations.
