Homewood Suites by Hilton Queretaro

I was with 2 of my bridesmaids the night before my wedding there and the next day I spent the night with my husband. We came back and the room was decorated with roses and a bottle of Prosecco. This was so kind. They helped a lot and carried our bags to the room. Everyone was super friendly and kind. The breakfast was really taste and I loved the mix between Mexican and international food. Thank you so much :)

Terrible front desk customer service. She seemed irritated we showed up. With so many other hotel options in the area, go to another hotel where they are happy to see you.

Not so good, the shower had lots of holes blocked, the air gun didn't work, cleaning lady didn't brought towels nor soap ans shampoo. Breakfast limited and not tasty

First time I stay at this HILTON property. Even though is a nice location the service is not a the levels you would expect at a Homewood Suites elsewhere. Staff is not friendly and their maintenance is not up to par. A couple of examples: * They have a mall a mile away. They have a van that could take you there or pick you up since the restaurant choices within walking distance are very limited. The front desk would not help you * You come to the gym and they have no water available * You would expect to have an iron in your room and none is there Big improvements are needed

Very good hotel with comfortable rooms. Well located.
