Very good service and very nice furniture

Very good and beautiful furniture. Neutral colors, no extravagances. In price they are below average. Almost everything is delivered quickly, something that is very important unlike other furniture stores.

Very bad attention at least that of Zavaleta. I made a cash purchase and they would give me the furniture in 8 weeks, after going three times and being on the phone they gave me the order 15 weeks later, under the argument that my order had been sold to someone else. The inefficiency of the seller and especially the lack of follow-up and courtesy to the client makes me recommend that you NOT buy in this furniture store. For the prices they handle, they should have a better management of their orders, but above all, the courtesy of informing the customer of delivery delays and complying with them. Once I saw the quality of their furniture I assure you that it is not worth paying those prices, they handle the same quality as other cheaper commercial furniture stores.

They attend come when selling but if it goes out with failures the furniture does not give you solution. appalling!
