Terrible service. The receptionists are pushy and rude. At first very attentive to sign a contract but later they show their little education. It is true that dentists are practitioners, they tell you they are specialists but none of them are qualified and they make mistake after mistake. At the beginning of the contingency they let everyone pass as long as they signed contracts but I, who already have time, they did not let me in and they were already on the orange traffic light from covid, but that if they continue to charge me and with some good ways. I do not recommend it. It's the worst. Do not sign with them.

Terrible. They did not explain what they were going to do to me and after paying in full for my braces each appointment they charged me more and more money on the pretext that my teeth were bad.

Bad experience. The cost is higher than average which would not be a problem if they did a good job for you. The place is bad starting with the receptionists, one of them in particular always took care of you reluctantly (I work in customer service and I understand how difficult some people are but this person makes you expensive for everything). I no longer followed my treatment in this place and while I was looking for another orthodontist I went to various places for an assessment and everything told me that the work was wrong, that the procedure they were doing was going to take many years and that there was no guarantee that there would be good Outcome. Luckily I found a better place and he agrees that in that place they only made me lose time and money (because as I said; they are not cheap) and that is not to mention the pain that happens. They made me several extractions and I always came back after several hours because the bleeding did not stop and they always told me that my body was the one that did not clot the blood and now that I change the doctor the extractions have the minimum of blood and the minimum pain. They also did a root canal that didn't work and they had to do an apicoectomy that in less than a year no longer works because it was also poorly done. And that's not to mention that the endodontist never told me what options I had, he only decided what he was going to do without letting me know all the options. Today I have learned a little about the procedures that are done and thanks to the change of orthodontist I know that I lost time and more than that there are procedures that caused damage and is irreversible. Today I have to undergo other procedures to try to solve those problems and of course that is reflected in more money to invest but above all; time and suffering. The worst thing is that filing a complaint in this way is the only thing I can do. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE WHICH IN THE END LEAVES YOU WORSE AND ONLY WASH YOUR HANDS WHEN YOU WANT TO MAKE A CLAIM.

The staff can sometimes be unkind at times. But the facilities are very clean, and even more so now that they are on Via San Sebastián
