I also have days trying to communicate by phone and mail, nobody answers. It is incredible to me that with so much technology they do not have a way that we can contact them and respond immediately. For example messenger, whatsapp, chat on the website. I do understand that the Pandemic has us paralyzed, but the most important thing is the customers and the sales they can generate.

We arrived within the opening hours and it is closed, all very well lit but without anyone to report, it hurts they lost a potential client
