Tasty bread, staff is not friendly but not rude I will say they are serious and focused on their role. People do not use the gel in pandemic and are not told unless they do not bring a mask. I see that they disinfect trays and tweezers although it does not say. Using gel would be cleaning more often. The bread is not always hot as before that they arrived at an hour and they had, the good thing that before the bolillo was finished and you waited and now most of the time there is bolillo.

There are a variety of products and it offers not only the bread you are looking for, there are wholemeal, cakes, jellies, I always look for traditional bolillo and you can no longer find it, the bolillo a bread with a view and an apparently crunchy crust but that is made hard very easily and yes You keep a gum in a plastic bag. Somehow we could go back to that traditionally baked sourdough French bread, virote, or sourdough roll that is great for cakes, butter, or muffins. A roll that you can bake while still hard and gives you a home experience and that you can soak in cold milk or eat it soaking in a cup of hot chocolate
