Very good service they offer, their treatment is very good and personal, which makes them a good tourist company, and like everything, some time delays happen but I think that sometimes they are not in their hands, so it is understandable, since it is not known exactly.

I made my reservation for 11:30 a day before paying 50% and when we were on the way they called me to let me know that they had changed it at 3:30 pm because they had had problems with civil protection, which I accepted since we were already in Zacatlan and well, we had to spend time walking around the area and a group of their motorcycles just passed by, which contradicts what they told me, so I think they oversold and they don't mind moving the time, apart from the fact that instead of leave 3:30 we left 4:45 because they began to argue with the clients of the previous tour because they had had a mishap with the motorcycles and they were being charged but they refused to pay. My tour started late and we had rain, then it got dark, cold and foggy, so the experience was not very pleasant, because we also had to travel at night. The tour and concept is fine but it is not worth not respecting their reservations and schedules.

It is a very professional agency, the guides and other staff were too kind to us and made our visit to Zacatlán incredible 👌

I took the Cascada tour and loved it. I'm going back for the night tour.

It was incredible, I did not know how to drive and they explained me very well, the bikes are easy to drive and very fun, also the places we visited were very cool.
