In the Ríoverdd branch there is a very rude receptionist in the morning, my grandfather went a few days ago to have some tests done and she treated him horrible. As he does not hear well, she even slapped her hand on the table and began to repeat things very rudely. She is a brunette, she seems to be bitter. They should change employees because nothing else is giving them a bad image. What kind of attention is that? It is a private laboratory, they are not doing us a favor, they are charging us. I won't let my old men go there again, we'd better go to Morán.

The service is slow, the employees do not use mouth covers or respect the healthy distance guidelines. It is a disorder.
