Terrible service. It is a pity that free market gives shipments to this company of such poor quality. Sorry but the reality of all this is very slow and they do not give a reason for the packages.

They should have a bigger receiving and delivery office. Besides having more staff, the service is not enough for the demand they have. And that forces you to have to go to your warehouse to ask if the package has already arrived.
