Excellent Spanish school featuring the very best teachers. One on one instruction.....conversational, grammar and cultural walks. Owner/operators are very present and involved, every day. Perfectly located. My wife and I have traveled in Mexico, Central America and South America quite a bit over the years and this might just be the best learning experience we have had.

I studied at Quihubole for 3 weeks, 3 hours a day. The program format is unique: combining grammar, walking through the city and learning history and culture, and spending time in trendy local cafes. I had 3 different teachers so I could hear different ways of speaking and teaching. Hugo, Magaly and Celina are all skilled, enthusiastic, patient and funny. And, most impressively, they could somehow interpret my garbled Spanglish and support me in a real conversation. I was thrilled with the whole experience.

Personalized and friendly classes, timing and topics suited exactly to the student's needs. I especially enjoyed that the lessons were conducted in an informal manner in local coffees so that it was more like going out with a friend. Highly recommended!

A wonderful and skillful school with individual lessons, great teachers and a perfect location in the heart of Oaxaca. Highly recommend and I plan another session this winter. Everything about the experience is customized to the needs and interests of the student.

Highly recommended ‼️‼️ Working with Hugo and QO Spanish School has been one of my best language learning experiences ever! Walking through the streets of Oaxaca and discussing cultural and historical topics not only strengthened my Spanish skills, but gave me a greater understanding of life in Mexico. My online classes with Hugo, now that I’m back in Oregon, are times I look forward to each week. His natural style of teaching and beautiful smile put me at ease in my language learning process. ¡Poco a poco!
