TORRE DEL ROURE (Jamón serrano)

Crazy! A secret gem to discover. Would you belive it? Looks like the traditional ham in Parma (Italy). Fantastic place in the mountains and absolutely off the beaten track. A little bit hard to find, but a road trip for adventurer. Very nice people, they know what they do. Try and buy all the local products! Everything was delicious.

A magnificent experience. The unsurpassed attention and the magnificent sausages. In a little house with an air of the hobit region, they give you your red wine to pair, they light the fireplace and enjoy rich and generous food. A thousand thanks to the owners and workers.
