It will be a month since they sent me a package and it still cannot arrive, it is in Tuxtepec since December 24, 2020, they sent it to me on December 20 and today is January 15, 2021 and still nothing, I have sent emails to FedEx And they only ask me for a thousand apologies I mark FedEx de Tuxtepec Oxaca and they do not respond I already spoke to FedEx de México and they tell me to report to the free market and it only says that it is in transit as it arrived between December 29 and January 5 later from January 5 to 7 after January 7 to 11 and at the latest today January 15, 2021 ... And the package that was sent is going to start and it has not yet arrived or given a reason for it ... I hope for answers soon
