A really nice hotel in a beautiful setting. The people are what really makes this place extra memorable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Don Cirino is the best and most attentive waiter you can ask for. The resident rescue dog Pipo is also one of the stars. Very friendly. Kudos to the management team for that kind act!

Very bad attitude and attention on the part of the staff, they have no idea of ​​Hospitality, the owners of the place should be aware of the hiring and lack of friendliness of their own staff. I do not recommend it. What is the use of going to a nice hotel, if the attention is terrible. There are other more pleasant hotels in Atlixco.
