Manager who does not resolve. 4. Cashiers doing nothing, but with a huge line outside. Also, if for some reason that doesn't bother you, there are still all those who arrive and without queuing, greet the person at the door and put them in front of you, therefore your waiting time becomes longer.

Just because you can't put 0 stars, it takes millennia for the row to advance, 1 hour passes and you barely advanced 2 meters from your original point.

Coming to the Santander bank is like going to the IMSS, at the request of the Secretary of Health, There should not be so many people inside the bank, so they make you wait outside for hours but the line is so long that the prudent distance that should be kept is not and not to mention the waiting time for any procedure.
