One Monterrey Aeropuerto

Rooms are small, but well worth the price. Customer service was excellent. I can't say enough about the shuttle driver ARTURO. Big kudos to him for the excellent service and information.

Rooms are tiny, staff seems to not know their own systems. Super over priced, and they knock on your door at 8:30 am to see if they can clean the room which is rude when you are trying to sleep. There are other better options very close to this place.

I had stayed here before and did not like it. This last time, though, it had been, if not renovated, they had changed their maintenance manager or something because it was in great shape. Service was always good. I guess the 5 stars reflect them exceeding my expectations!

It is conviniently located just 5 minutes away from the airport. It was clean, comfortable and breakfast was quite tasty.

The air conditioner started getting cold until 5:30 in the morning staff could not get change for 40 pesos the shuttle was not available for a ride to the airport I had a real bad experience in the one hotel
