Good assortment, good offers, good service, lack of technical knowledge of the equipment to the sellers.

In this particular branch I had several disappointments. In general, ELIZONDO is an excellent option to acquire furniture, good prices and good service, but a year ago I had to return several times to have a case of a screen that did not work resolved. Finally they gave me a new one but the saleswoman was very deceptive when she sold me a defective product, but in the end, they did change it after many laps. Hopefully today they have good staff in this particular branch and maintain the quality of things, because ELIZONDO has always been reliable and on other occasions I have purchased products such as living room, stereos and refrigerator of very good quality and without failures.

It is a nice place with good quality items.
