ibis Monterrey Aeropuerto

I arrived after midnight, so the shuttle that I was expecting to take never arrived. The taxi driver's fee was RIDICULOUS and ABSURD, pure robbery. With the room, I guess I got what I paid for...definitely not luxury, but i didn't pay a luxury price, so i suppose it was fair. The room was neat and clean, but did not look like the pictures on the website.

I stayed there in March and the staff was awsome and helpfull

The Iris hotel has very curious staff. They made me feel comfortable and made sure my stay was a positive experience.

The service was fine, nothing over the top or anything. The room looked outdated, but otherwise comfortable enough. Was on ok place, but nothing exciting. Location in near airport and thats about it.

Staff was so nice but the hotel room was not good. The place was falling apart and looked like a shady motel room off the freeway in the middle of nowhere. It was clean but beaten up.
