I was a foreigner visiting Monterrey a few times, during my trips I stayed at this location twice at different times of the year and I paid 350 MXN per night. If you want to stay somewhere better, you can spend the money to stay at one of the other hotels nearby, but for the price and getting a night or two of sleep this is a good hotel. There is WiFi but sometimes it's difficult to connect to it because of where the routers are located, so the WiFi signal strength depends on where your room is located in the hotel. The WiFi works best in the front reception. They accept foreign credit cards and cash. The location is very convenient and it's nearby many popular stores, restaurants, and metro stations. You can buy toiletries and other basic products at the front desk. You may need to leave a deposit for the remote control. You can leave a personal or rented vehicle without any problems at this location inside the hotel, so it's more secure than some other hotels. The hotel could use some improvements in the bedrooms.
