911 is a crap, I do not know why traingular communication, Mexico is not prepared for a 911 because corporations do not have the sense of service or training, much less the sense of humanity to provide help when someone requests it , my street covered by neighbors celebrating the triumph of a game of futballl and I can not go out to go for my wife to work, I blame I have the favorite team wins, also disrespectful people as they occur to cover the street alone for celebrating who gives them the right to that, and the police shining for their absence.
