I had chiles en nogada here 2.5 years ago during my first visit to Monterrey and it was one of the best dishes I've ever had. Had it again last week and just as good as I remembered. Also the punch drink was amazing.

Authentic little place right in the middle of San Nicolas old district. I would not call it "restaurante oaxaqueño" as the food they offer is more what you can get at any corner street food place at Mexico City: fried quesadillas, pambazos and huaraches (all this style of dishes are known as garnachas) rather than what you would find at Oaxaca, but quality is good and everything in it's menu taste as it should.
