Terrible service from Miss Vianey Torres Ramos !! He told me that it was not possible to return a product that he had just bought 2 minutes before, arguing that it was not possible due to contingency, when I have asked at other branches and they tell me that if it is possible, even Miss Judith Flores had told me that it was possible, but Miss Vianey Torres Ramos said it was not possible, in a rude, sarcastic and mocking manner, it is a pity that I have always been a client of this pharmacy but with these experiences I will no longer be, I do not understand how they can hire such people as Miss Vianey, who have no vocation for service

It took them more than 10 minutes to serve me, we only had 2 clients and there were 5 staff. I am not coming back.

A lot of variety of cosmetics and good care

Terrible service you have 10 minutes queuing in a box and then they tell you the "row" is in the middle, if they had already seen us and they do not tell us anything, very bad for the manager in charge.
