Terrible service. We placed an order at home and it arrived incomplete. The report was made to Customer Service and they did not solve anything. I decided to go to the Arturo B de la Garza branch because that's where the order came from. They told me to wait, that they were going to review it and another of the employees, when asked if it would take a long time, began to treat me very badly, said that she was busy with other things and that she did not know. I asked to speak to the manager and he denied it. The chick went into the store and left me alone waiting at the counter and then another customer arrived and I told him not to buy anything because they served very poorly. Only then did the Manager immediately come out and apologize to me. I commented that I just wanted more products and to fire the person who is there on the morning shift because he is totally unkind and very despotic. I will not buy from them again. The Guadalajara Pharmacy is a thousand times better

Terrible service from Mrs. Delta always tells me that there is no system for depositing or recharging that the voucher card is not worth it, I am too close to my house and on several occasions I prefer to order at home than ask them to please attend to me.
