Really bad service

Terrible service. The woman who took the order told me that it took 20 minutes for the order, so I go to seven and return. While I was waiting (I had already left for more than 15 minutes and another 15 waiting there) two guys arrive to have dinner there, and in less than 5 minutes they are served. Seeing that, I ask the woman if my order is missing a lot and she only answers me with her dog face that they are already preparing my order, AFTER 30 MINUTES THEY WERE JUST PREPARING IT. The guys who were there asked for some potatoes and in less than 1 minute they took them. After that I tell him that I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes, the girl ignores me and goes to the kitchen! And it doesn't come out until 10 minutes later. Terrible service and treatment. In my life I go to that place again. First and last time I buy them.
