A company where field manager 505 Marcela allows shoplifting and when managers complain about bad items associates only change stores, she is the cause that manager Don Gil has given her a stroke for getting into with his staff, very bad management of Marcela de león, Sofía de talentos and Jaime market manager, the latter does not get involved in the stores (he does not visit them) and they fire managers for doing what the company rules say, they support associates dishonest like Carolina stealing beer at the San Jerónimo store and sub manager Fernando who knowingly steals merchandise from Marcela de león
