Rooms and accommodations where great. Staff and location was excellent! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to a future trip.

Terrible experience, loud music from 9pm to 10am. Nobody answers you on Airbnb (where I booked), nobody gives an answer or solution. I had to leave, and even so they don't want to return my money, nor has anyone answered me about the 2 nights I had to go to another hotel. They claim to have a cafeteria, which is a lie. Nothing they say they offer is as they say, and that they wear a boutique hotel is an insult and a hoax. NEVER stay here. Terrible service and attention to the guest.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!! Terrible attention from the staff, there is nowhere to leave the car, they say they have a cafeteria and they have nothing, the bedrooms smell musty, after booking no one answers you. I paid for 3 nights and the first night they played loud music from 9pm until 11am when I left. They don't want to give me back the money for the 2 nights I didn't spend there because of the music, nobody answers me anymore, fatal! There are thousands of hotels and inns in Tamasopo, don't be fooled by this "boutique" hotel or the photos. Nothing is as they sell it !!!

I give a low rating because my experience was bad, from the outset, it doesn't have its own parking lot, the car is on the street. They offered me agitation with a queen size bed and they were double, it was a room with no place to put the suitcases, not a table or bureau, barely with space to go to the bathroom. We only got to sleep and we left early, but with that I had to not recommend it or go back.

I do not recommend the hotel or the service, by call they told us in the reservation that the beds were queen and we arrived and they were double in a very small space, without closets where to put clothes, the fire alarm ringing since we arrived and reported it and the option was to disconnect it ourselves. I do not recommend it.
