I bought a cake on the weekend outside, it was very nice but when we eat it the bread is hard and dry, it was hard for us to cut it when the girl who attends complains is upset that is why I do not recommend them apart from that they are not cheap. I WAS GOING TO BUY THE CAKE AT THE PLAZA, I NEVER GAVE MY NAME AND THEY NEVER WANTED TO CHANGE IT OR RETURN MY MONEY, THE QUALITY IS POOR

Here I show that at no time did I tell lies, we have the videos of absolutely everything and that they did not speak to us with respect. An agreement was reached but not reasonably speaking, the girl all aggressive and responding. I can also upload the videos with pleasure. They claim to be a serious company and they only contradict themselves. They did not have any professionalism because we all have the right to express ourselves and everyone can make a criticism, that's why there are these types of platforms. If they can't handle a criticism they are not professionals. When speaking with the alleged person in charge, I do not speak kindly either. It was their mistake and they demanded of us. Obviously they should not charge us for shipping, it would be a shame. You had to take care of absolutely everything because our mistake was not, we gave the advance and it was only to collect it. But apart from everything they had a thousand delays.
