Turistar and ETN is a line that rents "centrals" (or terminals) as you call them. So many people often confuse line services with terminal services. It goes without saying that the terminal services are bad. However, the line is very good, it has costs similar to those of other lines (ADO, for example. The most abusive line in all of Mexico, in my opinion). Overall, I traveled as comfortable as possible, the staff on the line was friendly (not the terminal, of course) and my trip was one of the best. My 5 stars go

Terrible service, irresponsible. Transit stopped the bus on which he was traveling because he did not carry a back plate and returned it to the north central, an hour and a half lost, and no apologies, when we got off to change buses the bus driver 2120 did not show his face, He got off before everyone else. 2 more hours of travel, a tour of the city and a beautiful experience, what a luxury service! Not a star deserve

Facilities in poor condition, taxi drivers are insistent and expensive, that's why I prefer to use uber but when they stop by customers, taxi drivers attack them. They have a very bad organization for going out to the platform, the "lady" who is at the exit and the security people are very rude. OF THE WORST CENTRALS OF MEXICO

It is terrible the terminal, completely dirty and nobody gives you information because only interested in selling you something, on the other taxi drivers are extremely pushy and above all expensive too, as an example a taxi to take us from this terminal to terminal Pullman we charged $ 200 pesos, because as they claim it's tourist area, but the truth is that this has nothing to do with the excessive price, hONESTLY I recommend PLUS "TERMINAL PULLMAN" SI VANA CUERNAVACA because it is to mourn at all your senses.
