I had purchased the bus ticket online via Amex card from the US, and they recognized my e-ticket without a hitch. The terminal itself was super crowded and chaotic, you really have to pay attention to not miss your bus. Riding the bus to Aguascalientes was ok , Mercedes bus was comfortable with a personalized entertainment system that puts United Airlines ‘s to shame! Bring food with you, or ask driver if you have time to buy a sandwich at any of the stops along the way.

Bad service whoever comes bring his van, buses delayed 2 hours

Terrible service, the indications of the staff confuse you more. The sound system is terrible. I lost my exit due to bad information. I will never use this company again.
