1. They are not punctual with the delivery time, they arrived almost an hour later than the agreed time, blaming the supplier and not letting me know 2. They teach pictures that are not theirs 3. The price is economical, although I often emphasized that it did not matter if they charged more to fix the bouquet in the manner of the photo they gave me, they fixed it as they wanted.
