Terrible service, they do not respect delivery times, the phones never answer and in the branch they do not provide a solution. They promise follow-up calls they don't make. It seems that customer service is not their priority. There are many furniture stores that want to sell and serve the customer.

They are not complied with and with a service of the worst, they never respond to calls in the customer service center, much less branches and buy online a little worse, they are good to charge ..... but not to deliver, I already have 2 months and they have not been able to give me my room, nobody follows you ...... worst of all, they erase all the bad comments that people who continue waiting like me give them.

One comes to buy and they don't take care of you if you don't have an appointment, the lady with a terrible attitude (she went in to put on makeup), what a way to lose customers, apart from it was empty (no customer inside), it's absurd ... it seems they don't want to sell . It's a shame.
