Beware of shopping here! This business doesn't care about customers, the only thing that counts for them is profit. A week ago I acquired an orthopedic device (treadmill) for my father, on the recommendation of the physiotherapist, directly from the owner of "Médica La Luna". Unfortunately, my father passed away a few days later, before he could even use the device. I requested a refund, but the owner refused to accept it. It was useless to bring the original invoice and that the device was new, in its original packaging; This merchant is only interested in money. Profeco's authorities refused to intervene. If you are going to allow this kind of dishonest practices, in bad faith, devoid of any empathy with the suffering of others. So the cynical solution is not to buy more there. This business does not deserve consumer confidence.

In telephone that they have to take orders to home they leave it descolgado, until lazy it gives them to answer the calls, for an urgency of a medicine, no more they do not work, terrible their service
