The attention is attentive, kind, respectful, they are watching you while you are sitting at their tables. They have tables on a terrace (be careful why some are from other kitchens) that overlooks the river, while you eat you can see herons fishing in the river. The belly is tasty, well cooked, without so much fat. I highly recommend the macha sauce that they prepare, it is responsible for us to come from Cuautla to eat at this place. Handmade and thin tortillas are a plus. The soft drinks are always frozen, which is appreciated with this heat and spicy sauce.
