The woman was very nice and helpful, because of covid-19 it's not necessary to extend VISA...only leave the country when you want to go........and stay safe everyone

It is incredible that in the midst of the pandemic this "thing" continues to work, the worst thing is paying rights to work or just having an identification document, my wife has to be paying high amounts just to justify her stay in the country. But that yes with the Central American people and others they do not ask for anything. They should check this, it is only a bag of money for unnecessary procedures and at least expedite it and vulnerable people not make it go in person.

They do their job, to the slightest degree that they feel like it. They do not have to like the job very much, or do not receive a good salary, it is necessary to see a good performance in their communication via telephone and in person. After several unanswered calls and several visits in vain that I have made, they lacked to provide the necessary information to finish the simple procedure that I made. In addition to missing online information about the procedures, for example; information on the cost of the procedures, information on which procedure to perform and information on how long these procedures will be done. In the few occasions that get to answer the telephone they do not give adequate information. Instead of saying that it is needed over the phone, they choose to invite you to spend your money and turn to the offices, so that finally arriving they serve you halfway. I wonder, "How difficult is it to answer the phone and give information, public information that is due and can be given over the phone?" Help those who come from afar and do not have the time or resources to spend just so that when we arrive, they tell us that we need something ... better answer the phone so that you or we spend our time, money and encouragement.

It has a capacity of 14 people, the rest of you have to stand in line and wait to see if it can be attended to that day, if you don't have to come back the next day, much earlier, at 7 a.m.
