The facilities are very nice and comfortable but they do not provide the basics, such as toilet paper, soap, kitchen utensils and towels. The manager is somewhat rude and there was no hot water during the stay. The rent of the boiler is expensive and they do not always have it on.
Very good place but they do not provide the basics from dish soap, kitchen utensils, brooms or mops.
The administration is somewhat rude.
Super the place, the people who are aware of it, very friendly! 1/4 days all cool (the pool is warm and ideal for young children, 3 levels deep)
Terrible service, they do not have what they promise and the treatment of the administrator leaves much to be desired.
Bathrooms without hot water, the Internet signal never reached inside the house, the smelly refrigerator.
In the back they have two dogs that you can see that they do not feed, their feces and urine smell a lot, the conditions in which they are kept are inhumane.
They do not have the necessary kitchen utensils to cook. They also do not have enough blankets, the rent of the boiler is very expensive and they do not turn it on as it should every time you request it, they make you wait hours each time you request that it be turned on and they do it reluctantly.
